In order to answer questions from our customers, we have designed this section to offer a range to the usual questions.
Q1: What products offers Centre de toitures B & S Ltée.
A: We offer different membranes for roofing and specialized tools and other accessories for the roofers. Among the brands that we distribute there is Soprema, Firestone BP, Maximum Ventilation, Murphco, Tremco, Evergreen, Prime Line, Sievert and McCordick.
Q2: Do you offer technical advices?
A: We do not offer a technical advice service, but offer general explanations about the products we sell. For more information, we recommend that you contact the supplier or consult the data sheets.
Q3: How can I open an account?
A: It must be requested at the counter and fill out a form. The opening of a customer account is reserved for customers with a shopping history. Moreover, we do not offer the possibility of opening an account in the end of season and during the winter period.
Q4: What are the opening hours of your distribution center?
A: The opening hours vary seasonally. Usually from the Easter break until December, we are open from 6:30 am to 17h from Monday to Friday. The rest of the year, we are open from 6:30 am to 15h from Monday to Friday.
Q5: Does the Centre de toitures B & S Ltée. is open to the public?
A: Yes, the public is invited to appear in our regular schedule.
Q6: I read that the Centre de toitures B & S Ltée. offers a delivery service. What are the terms?
A: There is a minimum purchase to meet. Please contact us for further details.
Q7: How do I place my order for a delivery?
A: You can meet us in person at the Centre de toitures B & S Ltée or contact us by phone. The deadline for delivery is 15.00, the previous day of receipt of the goods. Note that the time slots are allocated on a "first arrived, first served" basis. You can pay directly to drivers, including credit card after we have notified beforehand.
Q8: What is the procedure for the return of the goods?
A: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. A fee of 20% applies.
Q9: What are the terms for your workshop service?
A: We offer a service to cut and process and metal sheets. A deposit may apply. The customer is responsible for providing us with the dimensions and other technical details.
Q10: When I come to the distribution center, can I pick up myself the merchandise that is in the court yard ?
A: For security reasons, customers should stay as close as possible to their vehicles.
